Soldering for Beginners  Want to learn more about electronics but don’t know where to start?
Come build a (very) basic circuit board with through hole components  and learn how to do circuit-level soldiering.|
Adults are welcome to bring kids but adults will need to do the soldering (it gets very hot). |
Materials will be provided and spaces are limited.|

Join Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) for this free special day as we celebrate keeping older Americans healthy and fit at the 2026 National Senior Health &amp; Fitness Day! Come learn how to maintain good nutrition for healthy aging and how to prevent falls. 
This is a FREE online workshop and will be offered via Zoom.
