Both suspects face multiple drug charges, with one also accused of trying to flee with evidence, and they were scheduled for arraignment in Watertown City Court Wednesday morning.
2. Watertown school district gets millions for flood repairs (wwnytv.com) — Watertown's school district is receiving $12.3 million from FEMA and New York State to repair and flood-proof Watertown High School and North Elementary after Tropical Storm Debby's damage.
