Former Yankees pitcher David Cone, who now commentates games for the Yankees and Mets, just successfully sold his West Village pad.
WEST VILLAGE, NY — David Cone — a former pitcher for both the Yankees and the Mets and current announcer for both teams — just made a pretty penny on his West Village condo.
The longtime MLB pitcher David Cone, who famously threw a perfect game in 1999, just sold his apartment in the Greenwich Lane building at 160 W. 12th Street for $8.3 million.
It is $200,000 more than what he bought it for in 2016, reported the Real Deal.

It is a building famous for its celebrity residents, serving as the home over the years for stars such as "Dexter" actor Michael Hall, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, and Bon Jovi.
The building complex is surrounded by a central garden and offers a full fitness center, yoga room, a 25-meter swimming pool with a hot tub, and a high-end golf simulator.

Cone's 2,800-square-foot apartment had four bedrooms, hardwood floors and a private balcony.
He played 17 seasons in the MLB, including 13 in New York, winning five World Series and making five All-Star Games.
Cone pitched his perfect game on Yogi Berra Day, which is worth watching again.
