Sietsema is specifically recognizing Stella's Pizza for its white spinach slice.

"With little in the way of seating, this tiny place turns out exceptional pizzas," Sietsema wrote in his rankings. "Sure, the plain cheese slice and the barbecue chicken slice are dreamy, but the real jewel in the crown is the white spinach slice, paved with the fresh green leaves and plenty of cheese, reeking of garlic."
