New Pop-Up Wine Bar Opens In The West Village: What To Know

The Parcelle Patio is offering a fun wine night experience at its new location in the West Village.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — For all those looking for something fun in the West Village, a new pop-up wine bar just opened in the neighborhood.

The Parcelle Patio is now taking customers at its 632 on Hudson location in Lower Manhattan.

The pop-up location is run by the wine shop Parcelle, and will be open Wednesday-Saturday through October.

Guests can choose from an "extensive and stylistically diverse" collection of wines by the glass as well as a curated selection of bottles. You can also pair your reds or whites with a rotating selection of seasonal snacks and small plates, such as hamachi tartare with sweet potato chips and crispy kale with ricotta.

The West Village pop-up wine bar will also offer wine for carryout, along with other Parcelle merchandise, including a subscription for Wine Drop, which is the shop's monthly offering of three wines for nationwide delivery.

Reservations for the Lower Manhattan wine bar can be made by purchasing a $5 ticket on Resy, with all funds getting donated to The Roots Funds, a non-profit organization that provides resources and financial support to Black and Indigenous communities.

The Parcelle Patio pop-up wine shop has exclusively outdoor seating.
