NICE DAY is serving up Kung Pao Chicken, Shake Shake Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, and more.

GREENWICH VILLAGE, NY — Greenwich Village residents just got a new option for steamed dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, crispy spring rolls, and much more.
The Chinese chain Junzi Kitchen recently opened a new pop-up restaurant called NICE DAY at 170 Bleecker Street & Sullivan Street, near NYU and Washington Square Park.
The pop-up location is part of Junzi's goal to modernize traditional Chinese takeout restaurants, by focusing on classic American-Chinese flavors and offering online delivery and takeout.

"NICE DAY is about honoring the classics while building a restaurant for the future. American-Chinese restaurants are one of the most efficient restaurants in the world," said Junzi Chef Lucas Sin, in a news release. "They produce a huge number of dishes for a very affordable price without needing a corporation direction."
Sin worked at his first restaurant at the age of 16, before going to Yale University for Cognitive Science and English. After graduation, he backpacked across Japan before working at Michelin-starred kitchens in Hong Kong and New York.
