Shockingly Small West Village Apartment Goes Viral On TikTok

WEST VILLAGE, NY — How small is too small? A TikTok video is going viral after a user named Axel Webber showed off his shockingly tiny apartment in the West Village.

"Here's what it's like living in the smallest apartment in New York," Webber says to lead off the video. "Whatever your expectations are, lower them."

The roughly 75-square-foot apartment is a sight to behold. The front door opens directly into a sink, with a fridge and microwave right next to it.

The video also shows off his one dish, a lava lamp, and a bunkbed.

The 46-second clip has been viewed 5.3 million times and received 33,000 comments in the week since it has been posted.

While his exact address isn't posted, we do know the apartment is in the West Village.

The price of the apartment also wasn't revealed, but the NY Post estimated a similar style space in the neighborhood would cost around $1,600.
