WEST VILLAGE, NY — Taylor Swift might not ever rent on Cornelia Street again, but she could easily own.

According to a new listing, and some estimates on her average ticket sales for her current record-breaking "Eras" tour, it would cost Swift under two hours of performing to afford her former Cornelia Street rental forever immortalized in her 2019 song.

The property, 23 Cornelia Street, was listed this week by Cocoran at the price of $17.9 million.

Swift lived here in 2016 for a brief — but critical period — while her $50 million Tribeca loft was being renovated.

It was in this 5,500-square-foot townhouse where Swift began her six-year-long romance with British actor Joe Alwyn — a relationship that recently booked a one-way-ticket of its own to Splitsville.

In Swifts' 2019 album, "Lovers," the song "Cornelia Street" forever made the short, one-block street between Bleecker and West Fourth streets — steps from Bob Dylan's first New York City apartment — a must-see attraction for her devoted fans.

While her time on the block was short, if Swift wanted to, she could easily return to her old haunt filled with memories of her recently-ended relationship (sounds lovely, right?).

Some estimates say that Swift's current 52-night "Eras" tour could end with an average ticket price of $700, which could net her a total of $1.5 billion according to Forbes.

If her concerts average about three hours a night, that means Swift makes about $9.6 million per hour each night (or roughly $650,000 per song).

With an hourly rate that high, Swift would only need to perform for a bit under two hours to pay off the four bedroom, five bathroom 1870's carriage house in full.

The townhouse, listed by Cocoran agents Laurence Carty, Irene Lo, and Jennifer Rahilly, features a drive-in garage, a pool and multiple terraces, plus all of the ultra-high end appointment one might expect for nearly $20 million.;

Previously, the townhouse was available as a rental for the wallet-friendly price of $45,000 per month and also served as an event space and headquarters for an Italian furniture brand.

So is it likely that Swifties could spot the singer lining up for an open house?

In her own words: "never."

As the song promises, if her relationship — presumably with Alwyn — were to end, she would "never walk Cornelia Street again."

But as an investment property? Nothing in the lyrics about that.
