11th San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons Postponed Due To Weather

This weekend's projected heavy rains and winds have sparked the postponement of many planned events on the East End.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — The 11th San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons, slated for this weekend, has been postponed; no new date has yet been given.

"Due to weather reports of high winds and torrential rainfall," the event has been postponed, an announcement on the website for the event said. "Stay tuned."

The popular event, which was slated to take place both Saturday and Sunday, is celebrating its 11th year in 2023. Crowds head to Hampton Bays as the smell of zeppoles and sausage and peppers, meatballs and calzones wafted through the air on Good Ground Road in Hampton Bays.
