TR Restaurant & Bar (631-728-8700), a creative and classic year-round “Hamptonian” seafood restaurant located behind Tully’s Seafood Market in Hampton Bays, announces its Fall 2011 schedule. Dinner is now served from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Thursday through Monday (the restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday) and Vanessa Trouble performances continue on Friday nights at 8 p.m. Chef-owner Tom Rutyna also offers his signature $29.95 three-course seafood prix fixe all-night Sunday, Monday and Thursday. The special menu is as follows:

House Salad - mixed greens/cucumber/tomato/red onion/house vinaigrette
Clams Casino - little necks/classic casino butter/breadcrumbs/bacon

Lobster – 1 ¼ pound/fire roasted or steamed
Wood Grilled Tuna (cooked to your liking) - bok choy salad/thai sesame dressing
Linguine White Clam Sauce – garlic/white wine/parsley/olive oil
Pan-Roasted Chicken – lemon/thyme/natural juices
TR Burger - hand-cut french fries/lettuce/tomato
St. Louis-Style BBQ Ribs - hand-cut french fries/coleslaw
