New York State Gov. Andrew Cuomo sat parked in a Range Rover in front of in Hampton Bays Saturday afternoon, waiting for girlfriend Sandra Lee, who was across the street at picking up food.

They were spotted around 2:45 p.m., enjoying a warm and sunny day in the Hamptons.
