Basics Yoga Classes
For those who are new or seasoned, we offer classes breaking down the fundamentals of yoga.

Yoga Basics is a class to learn the foundations and essential ingredients of all styles of Yoga. Become comfortable using the breath, alignment, and different approaches to poses. Basic Vinyasa Yoga will be brought in to this class as a bridge to our other classes.
Begin to move with your breath (ujjayi), the bandhas (subtle strength centers), the slow flow of movement as basic meditation, with a focus on basic alignment.
This class is all levels friendly, open to all abilities, age, shape and size! There is a new theme each week. Plan for some fun;)
Leave class feeling relaxed, and open for your day.
