The Yoga House LLC

In operation since 2006, The Yoga House LLC is now located at a marina, on the water, just down the road from The Hampton Maid. Hosting 3-4 yoga classes each day, with a variety of yoga instructors, every window has a beautiful water view.

Enjoy an all levels practice, gentle, restorative, or meditative. Listen to the seagulls playing out the window, as the clean salt air fills the lungs.

In addition to regularly scheduled classes, we also offer sound baths with crystal bowls and a gong.
