As Orion Mountain Dreamer says: “I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away...” Take part in this three day yoga challenge and start exploring all the things that you can do to sustain you from the inside out. Over the course of these three days you will learn to slow down and take stock of the unhealthy influences and patterns that you allow into your life. Not only will you sweat those toxins out of your cell tissue you will learn how to turn those unhealthy patterns into something more nurturing and useful.
Our neck & shoulders are often a place where we carry our burdens and feel a lot of tightness. Many 21st century activities, such as typing and driving, can increase this shoulder tension. In this workshop we will learn to move this tension out and create space and freedom in those places of chronic tension and tightness.
