Dig Deep & Detox (Twists & Hips)

As Orion Mountain Dreamer says: “I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away...”  Take part in this three day yoga challenge and start exploring all the things that you can do to sustain you from the inside out.  Over the course of these three days you will learn to slow down and take stock of the unhealthy influences and patterns that you allow into your life.  Not only will you sweat those toxins out of your cell tissue you will learn how to turn those unhealthy patterns into something more nurturing and useful.

In this first workshop you will go deep into your hips.  When the hips are open, we feel more grounded and have an open pathway to our gut intuition. In this workshop we will explore ways to safely unlock the hips and release tension in the connective tissue and muscles surrounding this joint. You will leave walking taller and feeling free!
