Free judo classes are held at Eastport South Manor Junior-Senior High School on most Wednesdays from 7 t0 8:30 p.m. Classes take place in the wrestling room.
Come to learn self defense, to learn a new skill, to work out or to practice for competition. It's up to you.
Join the children, teens, adults and families who are a part of Arigatai Dojo. Arigatai Dojo is able to offer the classes free of charge through the Suffolk County Police Athletic League.
