Hampton Bays Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Into Parked Car: PD

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday after crashing into a parked vehicle, police said.

The crash took place at 3:15 p.m. on Montauk Highway, Southampton Town police said. Pedro ReyesAparicio, 35, of Hampton Bays, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI and numerous traffic infractions, police said.

He was processed at Southampton Town police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
