Jason Alexander Withdraws From Role in Bay Street Theater Play
Alexander was originally supposed to star in the second play of the 2015 Mainstage Summer Season.

Bay Street Theater recently announced that actor Jason Alexander, who was previously supposed to star in the second play of the theater’s 2015 Mainstage Summer Season, Other People’s Money, had to withdraw from his role.
He announced that he will not be able to star in the play because he will be taking over for Larry David in Fish in the Dark on Broadway.
“It is with the greatest regret that I have to withdraw my commitment to Bay Street Theater and the production of Other People’s Money,” Alexander said. “I have been hearing for some time how glorious it is to work there and how successful and special every production has been, and how it serves its most appreciative audience. It is my fervent hope that I will have that experience in the near future. It is only unforeseen circumstances that have caused this change of plan and my desire to play at Bay Street has not lessened one bit.”
