Local Fire Departments Put Out Fire At Francesca's Restaurant In Hampton Bays

Southampton Town Police and the Hampton Bays Fire Department responded to a fire at Francesca’s Restaurant and Pizzeria on 9 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays on Saturday.

No injuries were reported and the restaurant will remain closed until further notice.

“We are deeply saddened to inform all of our friends and customers that a fire broke out last night in our store,” a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page read. “We are thankful that no one was hurt and we want to thank the Hampton Bays Fire Department who responded within minutes and were able to contain the fire quickly. Thank you also to Southampton Town police Department the Hampton Bays Ambulance who responded to the scene. We appreciate all of your support this year and we hope to be open and servicing you again soon.”
