Man Caught Drunk With BAC More Than Four Times Legal Limit: Police
BREAKING: The man's blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit, police said.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Mastic man was caught driving drunk in Hampton Bays with a blood alcohol content more than four times the legal limit, police said.
According to New York State Police, Juan C. Guaillas-Tenezaca, 36, was arrested on March 30 after he was found to be intoxicated following a traffic stop on Sunrise Highway as he was heading eastbound in Hampton Bays.
Guaillas-Tenezaca provide a positive breath sample of .34 percent BAC; the legal limit is .08 percent, police said.

Guaillas-Tenezaca was transported to New York State Police barracks Riverside, processed without incident and charged with driving while intoxicated, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and circumventing an interlock device, police said.
He was held for arraignment in the Southampton Justice Court, police said.
