EAST QUOGUE, NY — A Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after an East Quogue crash Wednesday, police said. According to Southampton Town Police, the incident took place at 11:27 p.m. on Montauk Highway in East Quogue. GermanAlberto Hernandez Aguilar, 36, of Riverhead, struck a sign off the roadway, police said. He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI, then processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.
