Man Charged With Driving While Intoxicated In Stolen Car: Police

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Flanders man was charged with driving a stolen car while intoxicated, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police on March 4 at 8:22 p.m., Domingo Pascual, 25, was seen failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway near Springville Road in Hampton Bays. During the investigation, it was determined that he was driving while intoxicated while in the stolen vehicle.

He was arrested, charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of stolen property, and harassment, police said.

Pascual was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing and held for a morning arraignment, police said.
