HAMPTON BAYS, NY - An East Quogue man was arrested for driving drunk in Hampton Bays on Saturday, according to State Police.   Christopher S. Rowe, 36, was charged with a DWI after a traffic stop for speeding on Sunrise Highway, police said.   Investigation and standardized tests revealed that he was intoxicated, police said.   Rowe was held for an arraignment at the Town of Southampton Court Monday.Photo: Patch File Photo

HAMPTON BAYS, NY - An East Quogue man was arrested for driving drunk in Hampton Bays on Saturday, according to State Police.

Christopher S. Rowe, 36, was charged with a DWI after a traffic stop for speeding on Sunrise Highway, police said.   Investigation and standardized tests revealed that he was intoxicated, police said.
