Man Charged With DWI In Hampton Bays: Police
He was seen failing to maintain his lane, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on East Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays Saturday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 8:19 p.m., Victor RealpePacheco, 39, of Hampton Bays, was seen by an officer failing to maintain his lane. He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI, as well as numerous traffic infractions, police said.
He was held for morning arraignment at Southampton Town police headquarters, authorities said.
