Man Charged With DWI In Quogue: Police
He was seen failing to maintain his lane and arrested, police say.
QUOGUE, NY — A Manorville man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Quogue Saturday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Brian O'Leary, 52, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on County Road 104 in Quogue Village after he was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel.
He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI, processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters, and held for morning arraignment, police said.
