Man Charged With Felony DWI In Hampton Bays: Police
He was arrested early Friday, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested after he was found driving while intoxicated early Friday, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the incident took place at 12:58 a.m. when Randy Ortiz-Marin, 34, was seen on Flanders Rd. in Hampton Bays failing to maintain his lane of travel.
Police determined that he was driving his motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Ortiz-Marin was arrested and charged with felony DWI and multiple traffic violations, then taken to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing, and held to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for arraignment, police said.
