Man Crashes Into Building In Hampton Bays, Charged With Felony DWI: Police
The crash took place Monday night, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into a building in Hampton Bays, police said.
According to Southampton Twon police, the crash took place Monday at about 7:29 p.m. at North Road and Montauk Highway.
One of the vehicles collided with a building, causing damage, police said.

Manuel Santos Cua, 34, was found to have operated his motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition; he was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing where he was held for morning arraignment, police said.
Santos Cua was charged with aggravated DWI — prior within 10 years, a felony, and numerous traffic infractions, police said.
