Man Exposed Himself, Committed Lewd Acts In Front Of Girl, 18: Cops

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A man exposed himself and committed "lewd acts" in front of a girl, 18, in Hampton Bays, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Southampton Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who committed the acts in August, police said.

A Hispanic male operating a newer model white Nissan Murano approached an 18-year-old female who was walking on Palo Alto Drive on August 16 at approximately 6 p.m., police said. The man "exposed his penis and committed lewd" acts in front of the woman, then fled eastbound on Palo Alto Drive, east of Park Lane, police said.

He was driving a vehicle similar to the one shown above, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
