Man Found Sleeping In Car Charged With DWI: Police
The man was arrested in Hampton Bays Saturday, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A man found sleeping in his car in Hampton Bays was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 6:42 p.m., a report came in about the driver sleeping in his vehicle in the area of State Route 24 and State Route 27.
Darvin Gomez-Gutierrez, 32, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI, police said.
