Man Hit By Car During Hampton Bays Fight: Police
2 men and 1 teen were arrested and charged after the altercation, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A man was hit by a car during a fight Saturday night in Hampton Bays, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the incident took place around 11:45 p.m. at a home on Canal Street. Officers found Franky Rojas-Guevara, 21, of Flanders, lying unconscious in the road after he'd been struck by a vehicle, police said.
Officers determined that Rojas-Guevara, along with Luis Rojano-Melendez, 25, of Flanders, and a 15-year-old boy had been involved in a physical altercation at the home, police said.

The fight moved outside and, when one of the three tried to get into the vehicle to leave, the others began to damage the car, police said. Rojas-Guevara was then accidentally hit, police said.
Rojas-Guevara was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Rojano-Melendez was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree assault.
The teen was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
The teen was released to his parents on a juvenile field appearance ticket, police said.
