Open Vinyasa Yoga

Our offerings of an flow vinyasa class for all levels.

This is a fun flow class with music to fit the pace, at a pace to fill the room. Props for modifications are offered, and you are encouraged to “be in your own body”, in mindful movement as meditation in motion.
The class often includes pranayama(breathing exercises), (Yin) restorative poses, meditation and relaxation,(shivasana) to end the practice.
Open to all, and all levels friendly
