Police: Flanders Teen Arrested on DWI Charge
The 19 year old was stopped on Flanders Road.
A 19 year old Flanders man was arrested on a DWI charge on Thursday morning in Flanders, according to Southampton Town Police.
Luis Oliva-Ortiz, was driving on Flanders Road when he was stopped for a headlight traffic infaction, according to police.
Upon further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated and arrested for driving while intoxicated, police said.

Oliva-Ortiz was transported to Southampton Town Police Headquaters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
