Police: Hampton Bays Man With Prior DWI Conviction Arrested For Drunk Driving
The most recent DWI arrest was made on Sunday, police say.

A Hampton Bays man was arrested on a felony DWI charge due to a prior DWI arrest on Sunday morning in Hampton Bays, according to Southampton Town Police.
Yeison A. Gonzalez, 24, was stopped by police for failing to signal for a turn on Shinnecock Road at about 3:21 a.m., police said.
He was found to be driving in an ‘intoxicated condition’ and with a revoked driver’s license, police said.

He was arrested on a DWI charge which was elevated to a felony because of a prior DWI conviction earlier this year, police said.
In addition, Gonzalez was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a required ignition interlock device, and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police.

He was processed and held for morning arraignment.
