Police: Man Arrested on DWI Charge in Hampton Bays
The arrest was made on Sunday morning.
A Flanders man was arrested on a DWI charge in Hampton Bays on Sunday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Isabel Sunun Garcia, 40, was seen driving northbound on Bellows Pond Road at about 12:43 a.m. failing to maintain his lane of travel, police said.
Upon investigation Garcia was found to be drunk, according to police

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, and unlicensed operation, according to police.
Garcia was transported to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
