Police: Man Fights With Housemate, Hits Him With Pliers on Christmas Night
Police arrested the man at his home in Westhampton.
A Westhampton man was arrested after fighting with a housemate and hitting him in the head with a pair of pliers, causing a laceration, on Christmas night, according to Southampton Town Police.
Luis Morales, 32, was arrested at his home at 10:30 p.m. after the fight, police said.
Morales was charged with second degree assault and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

He was held overnight in the police detention facility for morning arraignment where he was remanded to Suffolk County jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
