Police: Man With Prior DWI Arrest Caught Driving Drunk in Hampton Bays
The man was stopped in the Rite Aid Pharmacy parking lot, police say.

A Hampton Bays man with a prior DWI arrest was charged for driving drunk in Hampton Bays on Saturday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Victor J. Granadosacosta, 20, was seen by police driving on Montauk Highway at about 4:20 a.m., failing to maintain his travel lane, according to police.
He was stopped in the Rite Aid Pharmacy parking lot, police said.

He was found to be driving in an intoxicated condition and with a suspended license for a prior DWI arrest, according to police.
Granadosacosta was charged with DWI and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.

He was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing and held for a morning arraignment.
