Police: Mastic Man Arrested For DWI Charge in Hampton Bays

A Mastic man was arrested on a DWI charge in Hampton Bays on Saturday evening, according to Southampton Town Police.

Jarred Robins, 22, was stopped on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays for failing to maintain his lane of travel and following too closely, according to police.

After further investigation he was found to be intoxicated and arrested for driving while intoxicated, police said.

He was transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
