Rollover Crash In East Quogue Leads To Arrest, DWI Charge: Police
The crash took place Friday night, police say.
EAST QUOGUE, NY — A Quogue man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a rollover crash in East Quogue Friday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the single-vehicle crash took place at 5:09 p.m. in the vicinity of Old Country Road and Gleason Drive.
Patrol units responded and determined that driver, while operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition, was headed westbound on Old Country Road when he left his traffic lane and struck a guide rail, causing the vehicle to overturn, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.
Marek Alexander Amraly, 19, was arrested and transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing and to be held for morning arraignment; he was charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, police said.
