Search On For Teen Missing From East Quogue: Police

EAST QUOGUE, NY — The search is on for a teen missing from East Quogue, police said.

According to Southampton Town police, Karleigy Kameron Amara is a 16-year-old white female who is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 155 lbs., with shoulder-length, bright red hair.

Karleigy, who goes by the nickname K.C., left her home in East Quogue at about 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, police said.

Her blue-and-black bicycle was located at the Hampton Bays train station, police said.

Karleigy was last seen wearing white pajama pants and a black hooded sweatshirt; she was also in possession of a brown Coach bag, police said.
