Southampton Man Charged With Felony DWI In Hampton Bays: Police
He was found driving on Montauk Highway in the dark and without headlights, police say.
WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — A Southampton man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Hampton Bays Wednesday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Luis PerezMiguel, 24, was driving on Montauk Highway without headlights after dark while intoxicated.
He was was arrested and charged with felony DWI due to a prior conviction; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor; and numerous traffic infractions, police said.

PerezMiguel was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
