Students Share Business Sense With Elementary School Class

High school students have created a virtual reality business, the Westhampton Beach school district reported.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — Students in Westhampton Beach shared their entrepreneurial skills with younger children recently.

Westhampton Beach High School’s virtual enterprise class recently visited Westhampton Beach Elementary School third-graders as part of a business project that they've embarked upon, the district reported.

During the visit, part of a virtual enterprise lesson on "corporate social responsibility", the high school students talked to the third-graders about their virtual business, called “Prizm.”

They also presented the younger students with cardboard reality glasses they're branding. The glasses play video related to the third-grade curriculum, a release said.

In addition, the entrepreneurs also showed the elementary students a video about the virtual reality industry; the event culminated with a coloring contest, which student Olivia Virgin won.
