The Studio by Hill Street, inside Hill Street Boxing in the heart of Southampton Village, offers weekly Sculpt classes every Saturday at 8:15am and Sunday at 9:30am.
Led by instructor Cindy Jimenez, Sculpt is a low impact, high intensity full body workout using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to target specific muscle groups — all levels welcome. It's a seriously effective workout without the wear and tear.
