Tiny First Graders Celebrate Christmas Around The World

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — Hampton Bays Elementary School first-graders spent the holiday season learning how people around the world celebrate.
The kids put on an entertaining and festive performance for family and friends on Dec. 14, the district said.
During the annual “Holidays Around the World” show, each first-grade class stood to recite facts and poems about various holidays they'd studied during December. The students, dressed in colorful holiday costumes, also sang holiday songs, district officials said.
