Vaccinations For Kids 12+ Coming To Hampton Bays Middle School
Kids 12 and up can be vaccinated at Hampton Bays Middle School; here's how to make an appointment.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — Stony Brook Children's Hospital will be administering first-dose Pfizer vaccinations to kids 12 and older, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital said.
The vaccinations will be administered on Wednesday, August 4, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hampton Bays Middle School, located at 70 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays. Appointments are required.
To schedule and complete a consent form, click here. Identification and proof of age are required. A parent or guardian must be present for those who are 12 to 17 years.

Those being vaccinated should wear a short-sleeved shirt, for ease of injection access, officials said. Masks and social distancing are mandated. The second Pfizer dose will be scheduled at the same location on Wednesday, August 25.
