The Westhampton Beach Middle School was full of fun and excitement on as Principal Charisse Miller hosted the first annual Miller Games last month.
Miller, who is celebrating her 10th year as principal, said she created the event for two reasons.

“First, I feel kids never get the chance to just be kids,” Miller said. “My goal for the evening was for kids to have some fun with kids their own age, no pressure, no worries, no cell phones.”
The second reason, said Miller, was for the middle school staff to also “let their hair down” and have some fun.

During the event, students and teachers played a number of games, including ping-ping and volleyball, as well as jump in a bouncy house and slide down a giant slide.
