Westhampton Beach Middle School Student Advances in Veterans of Foreign Wars' Patriots Pen Contest
The student is the first in Westhampton Beach Middle School's history to advance.

For the first time in Westhampton Beach Middle School’s history, one of its students has advanced in the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ Patriots Pen contest.
Eighth-grader Ami-Marie Gordon recently learned that her essay earned her a spot in the regional-level of the contest.
She was invited to attend the Queens County Council Testimonial Ball on Saturday to accept her award.
