Westhampton Beach School District Named One of Best in State

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — The Westhampton Beach School District was lauded for excellence recently.

Niche.com recently named the Westhampton Beach School District as one of the best in New York State as part of its 2017 best school district review. In the report, the Westhampton Beach School District ranked 30th in the state and fourth in Suffolk County, according to the district.

The district was among 670 school districts across New York State, which were rated based on academics, culture and diversity, health and safety, teachers, resources, clubs and activities, and overall experiences by parents and students.

“We are delighted to have been recognized as one of the top school districts in Suffolk County and across New York State,” said Westhampton Beach Superintendent of Schools Mike Radday. “Our community values public education and supports our efforts to provide all students with a world-class education. We are pleased that the efforts of our faculty, staff, students, and community are reflected in the rankings.”
