Westhampton Beach Students Give Back With Flowers

The students' efforts are a ray of sunshine in the school district.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — Two Westhampton Beach students are giving back and beautifying the school district through their efforts.

Westhampton Beach Middle School seventh-graders Alexandra Fitt and Fainne Sheehan have taken it upon themselves to care for the flower boxes that sit outside the school’s entrance, the district said.

Throughout the school year, the friends volunteer their time to plant seasonal flowers and care for them by watering them daily.
