Wednesday January 8 from 10:00am - 7:00pm. Successful completion of this one day course and test earns you the ServSafe certificate, which is accepted by Suffolk County Health Dept and is good for three years. The fee, which includes all materials and the test, is $140 per person, payable by check or money order only to Margaret Dixon and is due the day of the course.
