World T.E.A.M Sports & Independent Group Home Living (IGHL) -- 2nd Annual Coastal Team Challenge
A 22 mile, two-day kayak trip featuring able-bodied athletes and developmentally-disabled and physically-challenged athletes.
Tuesday, August 4 (8:00am departure) is the 1st leg of kayak adventure from Westhampton Beach marina to Smith Point with an over-night at Smith Point.
Wednesday, August 5 (10:00am departure) the 22 kayakers depart Smith Beach and kayak to Patchogue Beach Club.
You are invited to the wrap party on Wednesday, August 5, starting at 4pm at Patchogue Beach Club located at 16 Maiden Lane, Patchogue, N.Y. 11772.

Watch the kayakers come in. Be a part of the joyous finish of these inspirational athletes and join World T.E.A.M Sports and IGHL, and sponsors Time Capital and American Portfolios at the after-party pig roast (4-6pm).
The Long Island band “Hot Peaz & Butter” will perform playing the best of Motown, Funk and Soul.

7:00 a.m. – Breakfast at the Westhampton Beach Marina, parking lot
8:00 a.m. – Departure on kayaks
9:30 a.m. – Rest stop – Pike Beach
12:45 p.m. – Rest stop – Smith Point County Park
3:00 p.m. – Arrival at Smith Point County Park Camp
4:00 p.m. – Dinner at Smith Point County Park
August 5 – 8 nautical miles
10:00 a.m. – Departure on kayaks from Smith Point County Park
11:00 a.m. – Rest stop – John Boyle Island
1:00 p.m. – Rest stop – Bellport Bay Yacht Club
4:00 p.m. – Arrival at the Patchogue Beach Club
4:00 p.m. – Dinner and wrap-up celebration
